Multiplicative Consistency and DEA Cross-Efficiency-Driven Decision-Making Method with Fuzzy Preference Relations

چکیده

Owing to the uncertainty and vagueness of practical decision-making problems, it is more convenient for decision-makers (DMs) express evaluation information with fuzzy preference relations (FPRs) than precise numerical values. As two important issues in process FPRs, improving consistency acquiring priority weights are worth further studying. In this paper, we first provide an approach constructing FPR multiplicative consistency, then algorithm presented generate acceptable FPR, which initial retained largest extent through local adjustment strategy. Then, input-oriented CCR DEA model developed derive weight vector alternatives, followed that a cross-efficiency constructed discriminate multiple efficient DMUs. Subsequently, complete rankings alternatives can be generated by novel DEA-driven method. Finally, example proposed verify feasibility effectiveness The advantages method performed comparative analysis sensitivity analysis.

A multiperson decision making problem, where the information about the alternatives provided by the experts can be presented by means of diierent preference representation structures (preference orderings, utility functions and multiplicative preference relations) is studied. Assuming the multiplicative preference relation as the uniform element of the preference representation, a multiplicativ...

INCOMPLETE INTERVAL-VALUED HESITANT FUZZY PREFERENCE RELATIONS IN DECISION MAKING

In this article, we propose a method to deal with incomplete interval-valuedhesitant fuzzy preference relations. For this purpose, an additivetransitivity inspired technique for interval-valued hesitant fuzzypreference relations is formulated which assists in estimating missingpreferences. First of all, we introduce a condition for decision makersproviding incomplete information. Decision maker...

Multiplicative Consistency of hesitant fuzzy Preference Relation and its Application in Group Decision Making

As we may have a set of possible values when comparing alternatives (or criteria), the hesitant fuzzy preference relation becomes a suitable and powerful technique to deal with this case. This paper mainly focuses on the multiplicative consistency of the hesitant fuzzy preference relation. First of all, we explore some properties of the hesitant fuzzy preference relation and develop some new ag...
